If confronted with a survival in cold weather situation, attempt to hold your urine as much as possible as it helps to retain body warmth. Loosen restrictive clothing and try not to over-exert yourself. Keep a goal in your head to not perspire. Perspiration is a very quick means to an end in cold weather. Remove as much clothing as you can feel comfortable and last as long as you can before re-adding it. This can be a great way to get through a night as every new article of clothing re-added will be comforting.
